Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #394
Hey, it’s Teri here with your flash briefing for Tuesday. And, Tuesdays are podcast day, and boy do I have a treat for you today. I met a guy by the name of Ian Utile at the Alexa Conference about a month or two ago, and he was there live-streaming a lot of content, and I had the opportunity to be interviewed by him.
In having some discussions with him, I realized that he has some really incredible ideas about where voice is taking us. And, on his Linkedin profile, I noticed that he describes himself as an “optimistic tech futurist”
And the more I get to know Ian, the more I believe that that is true. He has a very optimistic view of where voice technology is taking us.

And he comes on the podcast today to discuss some of his ideas, and he actually paints this picture of some hypothetical situations which are quite incredible, and actually it made me feel a little emotional at times when he was describing these, about just how profound the effect of voice is going to have on us in the future.
