Hey there, it’s Teri here with your flash briefing for Monday, and I want to tell you about a brand new product. If you like noise-canceling headphones, you are going to be very interested in what I have to tell you.
Bose is coming out with a brand new set of headphones that are exactly that, noise canceling, with a new type of technology called AR or Augmented Reality headphones.
And of course, this has Alexa built in. So I want to tell you just a little bit about these headphones. First of all, I’ll tell you, they’re not cheap. The preorders in Canada are starting at $499.99, 500 bucks, but some of the features, they are certainly noise canceling, they’ve got different sensitivities that you can set it up for.

So you just simply say the wake word, “Alexa” and then there’s this thing called Bose AR, this AR augmented reality, and the way they can describe this as best is with an example.
And if you have the app, for example, called Golf Shot, the AR functionality will actually guide you like a virtual caddie while you are moving around. So really, really interesting technology.
It’s got a 20-hour battery life and it can fold flat to be stored in a hard case. So there you go. If you are interested, just search for “Bose Noise Canceling Headphones with AR.” The model number is 700 for $499.99.
