This is Dr. Matt Cybulsky. He is a behavioral economist and he comes on today to discuss with me behavioral change and what that means in terms of voice first technology.
We talk about some really interesting concepts about how voice can influence and persuade people to change their behaviors.
Now, Matt works in healthcare and he is a speaker at various conferences. He’s actually spoken at the Alexa conference.
He’s going to be speaking at the Voice of Healthcare Summit in Boston. He’s the co-host of the Alexa in Healthcare podcast and he is a wealth of knowledge about this.
He is one of the leaders in this area of Voice First Technology and healthcare and how you can use these devices to motivate people and healthcare providers to make positive changes in people’s lives.
How voice can influence and persuade people to change their behaviors.
So we have a really interesting discussion about these principles, but also we get into talking about privacy and the privacy issues around using voice first technology, and are they listening to you?
Is this a problem? What are the implications? And you’ll quickly realize that Matt is a very intelligent guy with some really, really interesting perspectives on these topics.
