Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #657
Hello, hello. Hope you’re having a great start to your weekend. It’s Saturday and on Saturdays it’s Easter Egg day.
And today, we are at Easter Egg number 76. We have done these for 76 consecutive Saturdays, so if you ever want to see the other Easter Eggs, you simply go to VoiceinCanada.ca, and you can scroll through and see all of them there.
Okay, so I’ve got a couple of fun things that you can say to Alexa today.
The first one is “Alexa, give me a quote.” And this is interesting because Alexa does that in another person’s voice.
This is interesting because Alexa does that in another person’s voice.

So, it’s not necessarily the person giving the quote, but it is in a different voice, and it brings something to the experience I think, cause you’re actually hearing Alexa quote a person and there’s another voice there.
The other one that you can say is along the same lines but a little different, is you can say, “Alexa, give me a famous first line”, and it’ll start off with the first line to a book, or something like that, and you can try that a bunch of times and you can see various options there.
So, there are a couple of things for you to try today on this Saturday, and I hope you have a great day.
I will talk to you again tomorrow. We’ll be answering a question from the community. See you then.
