Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #695
Hey there and welcome to the flash briefing for Tuesday, January 14th.
This is a really, really exciting day because there’s so much, so much going on today.
As you may know, I am at Project Voice in Chattanooga and today I am giving a talk on flash briefings, best practices to create your own flash briefing.
I’m really, really excited for that and that happens at 4:45 Eastern standard time.
So, I am going to be doing my best to try to broadcast live both the talk and various spontaneous interviews and talks that I’m able to do throughout the day and throughout the next couple of days.
So if you want to hear that stuff then just go to AlexainCanada.ca/Live where you can click on the live button at the top of the page.
And I have to admit it might be a bit spontaneous, but I will try my best through my Twitter feed to let you know when I am going live and the Twitter handle is at Dr.TeriFisher.
The other thing I want to tell you is that today is podcast day and it’s a really, really big podcast because I am speaking with Audrey Arbeeny.
She is the CEO of Audiobrain, what does Audiobrain do? They do Sonic branding and there is a change happening with the branding for a Alexa in Canada, I am really excited about it.
Tomorrow is the day that we start Crack the Code 2020.

It’s come to that point where I need to upgrade my branding and the podcast episode is all about that.
And yes, I even introduced the new Sonic branding, so you can check that out Alexaandcanada.ca/109 it’s the a hundred ninth podcast episode.
And finally another announcement tomorrow is the day that we start Crack the Code 2020 what is Crack the Code?
It is a gamified version of this flash briefing. You still listen to this very flash briefing Voice in Canada, but starting tomorrow when you listen to the flash briefing, I will be giving you a clue, a riddle.
You will have to solve it at some point in that flash briefing, there will be a riddle.
Once you know the answer, you go to the skill Crack the Code, you say, you know, “Alexa open, Crack the Code” and you see if you can figure out the answer to that riddle that I gave on the flash briefing and talk to Alexa.
And if you can do it and you collect the various pieces of the final code over the next 10 days, you can win close to $3,000 worth of prizes.
I’ll tell you more about that tomorrow, but all the information that you need is at AlexaindCanada.ca/CrackedtheCode or simply just continue listening to this very flash briefing and you’ll get all the details, alright?
I hope you have a great week. We’ve got a really fun week coming up and stay tuned for lots and lots of cool announcements and lots of surprises as well.
So I will talk to you either later on through one of the live feeds, or I will speak to you again tomorrow on the flash briefing when we launched Crack the Code.
Talk to you then.
