Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #440

Alright. How are you doing? It’s Saturday. Hope you are enjoying the beginning of your weekend. It’s Teri Fisher here with the latest flash briefing, and it’s an Easter Egg day. What are Easter Eggs? Fun things that you can say to Alexa to essentially be entertained.

And if you want to hear all the other ones that have been going on for the past, well, 48 weeks, you can go to VoiceinCanada.ca. Okay. So let’s get started. Here are a couple of things that you can say to Alexa. The first one is, you can ask her for a burn.

You can say, “Alexa, give me a burn”, and she’s got… she’s got quite a few. I don’t know if you’d actually call them burns or jokes, what she comes up with, but anyway, you can check it out and you can see what you think.

You can also say Alexa, this is actually a good little tip. You can actually ask Alexa for advice about how to use Alexa. One of the things that you can ask her is, “Alexa, can I use the same wake word on all of my devices?”

And she gives you a little bit of a tip about, if you can do that, and also, what is a good way to have her respond to you.

There are some fun ones and some informational ones there today.

Here’s another one, particularly if you are interested in pop culture and birthdays of celebrities and famous people, you can ask Alexa, “Hey Alexa, what is the birthday roundup?”

And she will tell you, basically everybody’s birthday on this day that has some sort of celebrity status. So, it’s kinda cool. And, in some cases, it goes on for quite a… quite a while if there are a lot of birthdays happening on that day.

And she also will give you a little bit of an interesting tidbit about the particular date, if there is something interesting about it in history. So I think that’s good for today. Try those out.

There are some fun ones and some informational ones there today. And, I’ve had some people ask me about flash briefings and how to actually get started with them.

And, some of you may know, some of you may not know, that I actually have a completely free course at FlashBriefingFormula.com that teaches you exactly how to create a flash briefing just like this.

So if you are interested, I encourage you to check it out. Completely free, FlashBriefingFormula.com. Alright. I will talk to you again tomorrow.
