Voice In Canada Flash Briefing #339
Hey there. So, today I want to tell you about a skill that certainly has some Canadian content and it’s not the first time you will have heard this name involved with Alexa. The skill is called Bublé Daily and it’s all about Michael Bublé. As you may know, Amazon had him sing happy birthday and they’ve had him appear in various other things with regards to Alexa.
So, it’s interesting. Michael Bublé obviously is very much embracing this technology. So, this is a brand new skill, and what is this Bublé Daily? When you open it up and you say, “Open Bublé Daily”, he gives you a little little bit of information about himself.
For example, I listened to it today and he told me where he likes to go on holiday with his kids. And, the idea behind this I’m sure is to create a more intimate connection with his audience. Very similar to a flash briefing actually.
More celebrities are starting to do this and to use the voice technology to connect with their fans, and their communities in a more intimate way.
And, I think this is very smart on his part. It’s interesting also because more and more celebrities are starting to do this and to use the voice technology to connect with their fans and their communities in a more intimate way. The other thing that you can do is you can actually ask the skill.
So you can say, “Alexa, ask Bublé Daily to tell me something about Michael Bublé” and it gives you an interesting fact or something like that. And every single day apparently there is a different little snippet that Michael Bublé tells us when you open the skill. So if you’re a fan of him, check it out.
I think you’ll enjoy it. And also on a bigger scale, you know, I just think it’s very interesting that the celebrities are embracing this technology. Alright. Try it out, see what you think and we’ll chat again tomorrow.

2. Click on “Add Content” and search for “Voice in Canada”.
3. Click on “Voice in Canada” and the Enable button.
